Virtual Winter Training
January 15 – March 22
Join us for winter training from the comfort of your own home! This program consists of three workouts a week, one on your own and two virtual group workouts. Virtual group workouts provide the opportunity to stay connected and moving over the winter.
Who We Are
The Farmington Valley Rowing Association (FVRA) provides access to the sport of rowing to men and women of all ages and all abilities in North Central Connecticut. FVRA offers its members the opportunity to participate in sculling and sweep rowing. Whether you are interested in participating in a regatta or interested in recreational rowing, FVRA is committed to placing you in a boat that fits your skill level and competitive needs.
